Currently, orders can only be shipped within the United States of America. As Desire Luxe Boutique grows, shipping will be expanded into other places.

General Shipping Information

Desire Luxe Boutique is a small business, so please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there is a slew of high volume orders or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing and shipping. If there are delays, a notice will be posted on Desire Luxe Boutique’s social media accounts.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-ordering allows you to secure your desired item before it becomes available for regular purchase. Please note that the estimated arrival date for pre-order items will be clearly specified on the product page, and these pre-ordered items will be shipped at a later specified date. Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of purchase to ensure your reservation. In the event of any changes to the pre-order timeline, you will be notified promptly.

Tracking Information

For all eligible orders, a tracking number will be provided once the package is ready for shipment. You will receive the tracking number via email or text message, based on the contact information provided during checkout. With this tracking number, you can conveniently monitor the delivery progress and estimated arrival date of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the shipping carrier’s system. If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding your tracking number, please email support@desireluxeboutique.com.
